C&J Nutrition Founders
Willow Jarosh/Stephanie Clarke
Stephanie Clarke is a registered dietitian (RD) and the co-owner of C&J Nutrition, a nutrition counseling and communications company in New York City. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science from the University of Rhode Island and a Master of Science in Nutrition Communications from Tufts University’s Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy. After completing her clinical nutrition training at Tufts New England Medical Center and becoming a registered dietitian, Stephanie worked as a nutritionist with the Cambridge Public Health Department, Fitness Magazine, and the USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging in Boston, MA.
Stephanie believes that delicious food, fun, and a healthful lifestyle can all co-exist. It is this belief along with her passion for science and communicating health information to the public that drove her and fellow dietitian and co-founder Willow Jarosh to start C&J Nutrition in 2006. At C&J Nutrition, Stephanie works with clients like Bumble Bee Foods to create engaging health and wellness campaigns like the Wise Choices program. Stephanie also works with book packagers to create nutrition content, healthful eating plans, and recipes. For last three years, Stephanie has been a nutritionist for Bob Greene’s The Best Life program. In addition to this, she frequently writes and provides expertise for national publications like Shape, Parents, Fitness, Nutrition Today, and Self. When not interfacing or representing food and beverage companies, she is meeting with private clients at C&J Nutrition’s nutrition counseling office. Her philosophy is that healthy eating needs to be practical and ongoing – so she is creative and motivational with her clients, whether it is working around hectic schedules, creating family friendly nutrition plans, or demonstrating healthy cooking techniques.

Willow Jarosh is a registered dietitian (RD) with a Master’s degree in Nutrition Communications from Tufts University’s Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy.
